Successful NGG Family Reunion event at NY 12 Tribes of Israel HQ

 

We are thrilled to announce the resounding success of our recent family reunion event held at the New York House on September 1st. The event was a tremendous success, receiving an overwhelming amount of positive feedback from all attendees.

 

The reunion was marked by outstanding vibes and a well needed renewed sense of community thanks to the hard work and dedication of everyone involved. The event was the culmination of a longstanding vision and several months of extensive planning, by a dedicated Steering Committee of NGG members.

 

Special thanks goes out to the New York 12 Tribes Executive Body for their unwavering support and confidence in our vision. Their trust allowed us to execute the event as we saw fit, which was greatly appreciated and felt by all.

Event Highlights

 

We were fortunate to have a dozen sponsors who supported us to pull off our special day. Additionally, we received invaluable assistance from volunteers, both during the planning stages and on the day of the event.

 

The turnout was remarkable, with around 300 people in attendance. The enthusiasm and energy were palpable, with many attendees staying late into the evening to continue enjoying the festivities well past the proposed midnight cutoff. First, Second, Third and even Fourth Generation attendees rolled in by the car load from across the nation and even a few international guests flew in especially for the evening .

 

We are pleased to report that the event managed to turn a profit, which we are excited to reinvest into our future endeavors. During the event The NGG group successfully recognized some of our sponsors and had the great opportunity to formally acknowledge the Executive Committee with a well-deserved plaque presentation, which was warmly received.

 

A complimentary dinner was provided for almost everyone in attendance, a welcomed addition as it is usually a paid feature at HQ. The dinner was well-received, with everyone enjoying the delicious food. There were also games and activities for the children, which they thoroughly enjoyed.

The event featured wonderful performances by second and third-generation artists, who volunteered their time and talent to create an energetic and positive atmosphere. Graciously hosted by the super talented DJ Empress Tashai, the stage was ablaze by the musical geniuses who came with the energy and consciousness to fill the audience with exactly what they were looking for. It was definitely a night to remember.

Future Plans

 

Building on the success of this event, we are excited to announce our plans for future gatherings. We have learned that having more hands on deck is crucial for a smoother experience for both attendees and organizers. Therefore, we will be actively seeking more volunteers to join our team and help us elevate the experience for everyone involved. We further look forward to welcoming additional volunteers who have bright ideas and energized spirits to contribute.

 

We also plan to expand our promotional efforts to reach even more members of our community and secure additional sponsorships to enhance our events. Our goal is to create even more memorable and enjoyable experiences for all attendees. We also aim to assist other houses in replicating or putting their own spin on this successful concept.

 

We look forward to your continued support and participation in our future events. Together, we can make each gathering even greater.
